"The Scapoose-Vernonia Highway is one of the best "fast and twisty" roads near Portland by my measure. Somewhat populated and depending on the time of day busy (and potentially busy with log trucks) this road has a great combination of tight curves, big sweepers, and long straightaways that we all look for. Good in most places. Watch your speed on the downhill sections in either direction."
