"A very twisty road that carves through Forest Park. This road has roughly 750 feet of elevation change, with plenty of it occurring in the numerous very tight turns. Slower moving traffic can be expected on this road and there are no passing opportunities at all, in addition to this road being popular for cyclists. For these reasons, this road is best enjoyed during hours where there is minimal traffic. Fair pavement condition, could use a fresh layer of sealant. 4 stars for length, and high probability of cyclists and other traffic."
